Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high demand of orders, deliveries maybe delayed by a few days in which case any instance we will endeavor to notify you via email. Please also allow additional days for your order to be delivered. All Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and visible at the checkout.

We offer deliveries Internationally but for this we do advise all customers that it can take 2-4 weeks.

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Glow Me Up we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with any purchases of our products, however in any case if our customers are not happy you may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange and anything over 30 days will not be available for a refund. All returns are fully responsible by the customer and we are not able to provide protection or insurance to your return and all costs for this will be non-refundable.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and must also be in the original packaging.
